ADDO RECOVERY LLC is a direct business lender providing various financing solutions, including but not limited to:

All financing is subject to credit approval and underwriting review. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available only to:

  • Businesses operating in the United States
  • Applicants who are at least 18 years of age
  • Individuals authorized to legally bind the business entity on behalf of which they are applying

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Application Process

When you submit a funding application or inquiry:

  • You authorize us to obtain and review your business credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant information
  • You certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete
  • You understand that false or misleading information may result in denial of funding or legal action
  • You agree to provide additional documentation as requested during the underwriting process

5. Loan Terms and Repayment

If approved for financing:

  • Specific loan terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules will be provided in a separate loan agreement
  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all terms before accepting funding
  • Failure to repay according to the agreed schedule may result in additional fees, legal action, and negative impact on your credit
  • Early repayment terms, if applicable, will be specified in your loan agreement

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from ADDO RECOVERY LLC:

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from ADDO RECOVERY LLC, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS). Messages may include offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a final confirmation message upon opting out.

We are committed to transparent pricing. All fees associated with your financing will be clearly disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept funding. There are no application fees for submitting an inquiry through our website.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ADDO RECOVERY LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
